5 different types of residential units were solved within the plan and mass boundaries strictly defined by the Municipality of Besiktas and the Bosphorus Law.
A stereotypical architecture resulting from the classical proportions of projections and eaves enforced by the zoning clauses was avoided. A visual effect that expresses the present, not the past, was created with the irregular distribution of the window voids, as well as the compact laminated panels of differing tones.
